CDI AGM 2025 and an important message

All members and associate members, and everyone with an interest in CDI, is welcome to attend the next AGM of the charity, which will be held on 29th November 2025, starting at 4.30pm. All the paperwork is in the Company Documents section of the website.

We say this every year – we need new directors – but this year the situation is even more critical. With Donnie retiring, unless we have some new elected directors from within the community, we will have just five directors. This is the minimum required by the Articles and puts the board in a very fragile position.
If the community wants An Crùbh to continue then folk need to step forward as otherwise there is a real risk that An Crùbh will close.
